We are experienced CPC’s. Less then 5% of all recruiters have this. It means that we not only have years of experience, but that we have taken the time and effort to sit for the national test, and have passed. We are members of the National Association of Personnel Consultants. We know the rules and play by them.

We are recruiters. We believe that everyone would make a change for the right opportunity. It is our responsibility to understand what “right” means for you, or many times to help you to define it. When your right opportunity comes across our desk, we will call and present it to you.

We believe that educators will be paid as professionals only when they begin to manage their careers as other professionals do. We know that educators often leave the profession entirely, since they may not know that in another system, that things are different. We believe that working together we can change the way that educators are valued.
