are often asked where we get our candidates from.
Let it suffice to say that we are recruiters,
which means that we target the kind of person
that it is going to take to fill this position
and then go after them. We do not put round pegs
in square holes. A recruiting cycle may mean that
we will have spoken to a hundred candidates, to
show you the three most qualified, who are looking
for an opportunity like the one that you have.
Every candidate is in the salary range you have
to offer. Our ratio of interviews to offers excepted
is 1.5 to 1.
What
you will not get are new college graduates. We
never go to college job fairs and rarely work
with individuals with 3 years or less of experience.
Everyone understands the difference between an
experienced educator and one who is lacking that
experience. You deserve the best.
